Key Responsibilities

* Supervise postgraduate theses and doctoral research (where applicable).
* Participate in academic committees, faculty meetings, and institutional activities.
* Contribute to accreditation, academic audits, and quality assurance processes.
* Organize seminars, workshops, conferences, and academic events.
* Maintain accurate academic records, assessments, and evaluations.
* Uphold ethical standards and promote an inclusive learning environment.

Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications

* Ph.D. in the relevant discipline from a recognized university.
* Consistent academic record with strong teaching and research credentials.
* Publications in peer-reviewed journals as per UGC/AICTE norms (or equivalent).
* Prior teaching experience at a recognized institution is preferred.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in modern teaching methodologies and digital learning tools.
