Store Manager

Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive, results-driven Store Manager to oversee daily store operations and lead our retail team toward exceptional customer service and strong sales performance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, inventory, sales targets, and overall store presentation while ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage day-to-day store operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
* Lead, train, motivate, and supervise store staff to achieve sales goals.
* Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer concerns professionally.
* Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.
* Maintain accurate inventory levels, conduct stock audits, and minimize losses.
* Ensure visual merchandising standards are followed as per brand guidelines.
* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and expense reports.
* Enforce company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
* Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely stock replenishment.
* Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred).
* Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Good understanding of retail operations, inventory control, and sales strategies.
* Ability to analyze sales data and make informed business decisions.
* Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer applications.
* Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

Experience Requirements

* Minimum 2–5 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.
* Experience in handling large teams and high-volume stores is an advantage.
