Founded in 1949 by Dr. Major S. K. Lal, Dr Lal Path Labs achieved major milestones in the late 1990s and early 2000s, including NABL accreditation and international CAP accreditation. Dr Lal PathLabs established a National Reference Lab in Delhi, marking a significant achievement in the company’s history. Dr Lal PathLabs expanded into North, East, South, and West regions, culminating in a successful IPO listing in December 2015. Dr Lal PathLabs launched the Swasthfit bundled test program and successfully commissioned a Regional Reference Lab in Kolkata in 2018.
