Players showed their strength in the friendly match.

Sunday marked the final day of the Summer Vacation Football Coaching Camp organized by the Football Lovers Welfare Society. On the final day, a friendly football match was held at the Robert Pavilion ground, in which the players displayed their strength. Afterward, society officials honored the 100 children who participated in the camp with special T-shirts and certificates. Parents were also delighted by the children’s dedication to the sport. The society also provided nutritious meals for the children and their parents.
The children received training from former football players, and they stayed away from their mobile phones.

Rakesh Kumar, the society’s joint secretary, stated that during this camp, former football players, including Naresh Kumar, taught the children the tricks of football. He added that the primary objective of this summer camp was to bring children back to the field during the holidays, away from the world of mobile phones and screens, to foster a sense of sportsmanship. Similar camps will be held in the future to nurture grassroots football talent.
