Miscreants open fire on accused came for hearing at Ambala court.

In a startling incident, some miscreants entered the Ambala court complex on Saturday and opened indiscriminate firing on an accused who came to the court for a hearing. The miscreants fled the scene after firing. According to the information, the miscrenats came in a black car and fired two-three rounds. After the incident, the CID and police team reached the spot, after which the crime branch teams were also called in, who started investigating the whole case. According to the police, they have recovered two shells and a coin from the spot, and no one was injured in this shooting incident. Currently, the police are investigating and trying to identify and catch the criminals. A private watchman of the court was standing near the gate of the court premises where this firing took place. He saw the entire scene there. This eyewitness named Ranjeet said that he was standing at the gate when two young men got out of a car with pistols in their hands and fired three rounds one after the other. He kept stopping them, but they did not stop, and after firing, they fled the crime scene.

Drunk cop rams motorcycle into e-rickshaw in Ambala

A 25-year-old woman lost her life after a drunk cop allegedly ran over his speeding motorcycle over an e-rickshaw in Haryana’s Ambala, said officials on Thursday. The incident happened on Wednesday night near the Kali Paltan Bridge and the victim has been identified as Nikita. According to initial reports, she was travelling in an e-rickshaw around 9 pm on Wednesday, when it was suddenly hit by a speeding motorcycle from behind. She suffered serious injuries and was taken a nearby hospital, where she succumbed to her wounds. “We received the body of a 25-year-old girl at around 9:30 PM last night. Her body has been shifted to the mortuary. The police are conducting an investigation,” said Ambala Civil Hospital’s Dr DD Pandey, while speaking to reporters. Eyewitnesses have claimed that the police official was drunk at the time of the incident. Following the accident, he was caught by the locals who had gathered there. Later, he was handed over to the police, and officials have launched an investigation.

Ambala police arrested Shubham Bansal of Delhi’s Burari district on Monday following an intensive digital manhunt. Bansal is accused of posing as a representative for a fake brokerage firm to lure victims into high-yield trading schemes that existed only on their smartphone screens. The scam relied on a combination of social engineering and technical deception. According to investigators, the suspect used a multi-layered approach to gain the victim’s trust. The suspect allegedly claimed a false affiliation with “RBK Share Broking Limited” a legitimate sounding entity. Promising “astronomical” returns, he persuaded the complainant to download a proprietary application titled “Master Trading . Once the app was installed, the victim was prompted to transfer funds for investments. Police say the suspect extracted Rs 8.92 lakh before the victim realized the application was a hollow shell.
